• We then send you a proposal and estimate.
• If you wish to proceed, we then prepare a working model of the solution based on your requirements.
• With the working model approved, we prepare a technical specification (in plain English with screen
shots) for you to approve/amend.
• With the technical specification in place, we develop a prototype which once approved by you
goes live.

Access your data - even when you're out of the office

Can you use my existing data?

Yes, we can transfer data from a variety of file formats including Sage data; Excel spreadsheets and
csv files.

Do I need a server?

Yes you do if sharing the solution with other users but don't worry as we can supply you with a fully managed server with offsite backups. (full details)

What about training & ongoing support?

All our solutions come with a 30 day warranty and comprehensive onsite training followed by remote training and support as and when required.

Support agreements are available (at a discounted rate) if preferred.
